McIff has worked at 雪的大学 for more than 15 years and served as interim in her current role before being appointed vice president for technical education and workforce 2021年的发展. McIff holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems from Utah State University and a bachelor’s degree in business education from Southern Utah University.
